Yes, each new or updated profile goes through a manual moderation
process. We do not moderate your personal information. We only check
that the profile does not contain illegal or abusive content in the

exchange this information in one-to-one communication with site members.
How long does it take to get my profile approved?
We aim to approve profiles within 2 hours but it can take up to 24

VIP profile is an option that is available to Gold members only.

general search results. Your emails also will be highlighted in other

How do I stop email notifications to my external mailbox?
Receiving notifications from our website to your external mailbox is
one of the essential features to keep you updated about your new
matches, people who are interested in you, special offers and useful
dating tips. We would strongly recommend you keep this option active and
make sure that you have your spam filters adjusted to allow emails from
Casual Hookups®'s system. If for whatever reason you still want to stop
email notifications, you can easily do it using the direct link at the
bottom of each email or go to
Profile >> Account details page. There you can make changes to two different types of emails – New
matches notifications and other site notifications, news & offers.

How do I change my email address?
Keep your email communication with other members private. You can change your email address at any time by going to
Profile >> Account details
page. We will send you a new password to confirm your email address.
Please, go to your new external mail box and login to the site using

If you decide to leave Casual Hookups® because you have found someone
or just want to have a break you can delete your profile by going to
Profile >> Account details
and click on the Remove account button. We would really appreciate your
feedback on why you are leaving to help us improve our service. Please
note that your profile cannot be deleted before all active membership
subscriptions are suspended.

for manual activation. In this case it may take up to 24 hours to get
processed and we may require your signature to confirm the payment.
Some payment methods require a long activation period, e.g. bank
transfers, cash payments. Please contact our Support team if you need
more detail on a specific payment method.
How do I suspend billing?
Suspending your paid subscription will put restrictions on your
profile and you may miss an opportunity to get to know that special
someone out there. If you still want to stop billing go to
Profile >> Account details >> Suspend billing, and choose the subscription you want to cancel. Then follow the procedure on the web-site.
My username/password is not working?
If you have received a system message on the screen saying that your
username (email) or password is incorrect please check the following:
- you are using lower case or capital letters where necessary because passwords are case sensitive
- you do not have spaces at the beginning or at the end of your email address or password
- you have confirmed your email address by using the activation link that was sent to your email
- you have not received an email notification from your customer support team about terminating your membership.
